Catering Company Rebrand

When a company is so good at what they do that their marketing suffers, it’s a sort of privilege to help them look the part.

About this Project

About this Project

The owner of a local catering venue approached me to design new business cards.

However, after a quick look at their outdated marketing materials—and the e-mailed Word documents that passed for menus—I offered to redesign their entire brand.

Brand Book

A good brand is more than just a logo, and staying on-brand may be new for some companies. Brand books are a great way to help in that regard.

Wedding Planner and Menus

I kept the print intent as a priority when redesigning the menus.

Not only do the new menus put their best foot forward, the planning component of the wedding menu offers value to potential clients.

Business Cards

Designing a business card is easy if you’ve got good branding guidelines: the colors will have already been picked, and you’ll already have a logo.

The rest is just making the information clear, concise, and useful.

Trifolds

I designed two different tri-fold brochures: one for the wedding venue and one for corporate catering. They’re not twins, but they’re definitely cousins!

Interactive Contract and Order Form

Creating PDFs with auto-calculating and auto-populating fields requires a robust foray into JavaScript. And you have to be heavy-handed with Adobe Acrobat, which I suspect no one enjoys.

But the result is professional, easy-to-use, and most importantly, useful to the client.
