Each project lead in our organization designed their training differently, which sometimes resulted in:
- nonstandard look and feel
- inaccurate course times
- incomplete learning pieces
The Goal
A standardized way of laying out all course needs and learning types.
How I Did It
Through a brief needs analysis, I developed a training design template that addressed the needs of my teammates. With helpful icons for learning types, space for module and section times, this template would later be used for all course structures, and is still in use today.
