This was the only time I personally got a standing ovation from a CEO!
The goal of this project was to engage all employees in mission, strategy and success across functions, levels and geographies.
I launched and managed 200+ screens across the US and Canada that would serve thousands of employees daily.
Real-Time Information Display
One of my roles as system administrator was to design a functional, visually-appealing graphical display using the tools and information already available to the organization.
To this end, I developed relationships with IT and other teams to tap into our internal stream of KPIs to drive each screen’s various visual elements.
Training
To better train other administrators in adding and maintaining content, I developed a training course. I led the training sessions in person for the rollout and remotely for new administrators.
